Jan Roberts

Jan has more than twenty years of executive experience in professional services firms and corporations as a human resources director and consulting partner, as well as in operations leadership roles. Jan has a Master’s of Science in coaching psychology and a BA degree with a psychology major. She draws on her executive experience, combined with evidence-based theory and practice of coaching psychology, to assist her clients to broaden their perspectives on themselves, others, and the world.

Jan has been a student of Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche for twenty years and was a member of the board of management of Lotus Outreach Australia. She loves the beautiful natural environment where she lives on the Illawarra coast, an hour south of Sydney, especially the birdlife, nearby rainforest walks, and ocean swimming pools.
