Inna German

Social Media & Events Coordinator
Inna has recently joined the Khyentse Vision Project as Social Media & Communications Coordinator, where she brings her creative energy and digital expertise to help connect traditional wisdom with modern audiences. In her role, she manages digital communications and develops engaging content across multiple social media platforms.

Growing up in Russia, Inna found her way into digital communications through ‘Theory and Practice’, one of the country’s largest educational platforms, where she worked as Editor-in-Chief and Digital Director from 2010 to 2018. Her life took a decisive turn when she met Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche in 2017. Shortly after this encounter, she chose to leave her established career in Moscow and embrace a more flexible freelance path that would allow her to travel and follow his teachings more closely.

This transformation led Inna to work with spiritual and mindfulness organizations, first at Tergar Moscow where she managed their social media presence and created content for their website and blog. From 2019 onwards, she has dedicated herself to projects at the intersection of education, technology, and spirituality. She authored the “Science of Happiness” online course in 2021, based on an adaptation of Professor Richard Davidson’s work at the Healthy Minds Lab, briefly served as communications coordinator for the Buddhist translation initiative 84000.co, and currently contributes to Reminder.media, a Russian platform focused on health, personal growth, and practical philosophy. In 2023, she joined the program team at Licchavi House, a cultural center and art hub being established in Kathmandu.

At KVP, Inna looks forward to combining her digital expertise with her interest in preserving and sharing wisdom traditions. She will be working across multiple time zones, creating multimedia content, coordinating events, and developing strategies to help KVP’s message reach and resonate with people around the world.

Inna divides her time between India, Nepal, and South East Asia. When she isn’t working, she practices as a DJ, creating contemplative soundscapes, guiding ecstatic dance experiences, and spinning tunes at sangha parties. She also coordinates Datun retreats in Deer Park, India, and is deeply inspired by the teachings of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and, of course, Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo.
