Contributing Translator
Cinthia is a language instructor, oral interpreter, and translator, deeply committed to studying and practicing under the guidance of her teacher, Mindrolling Jetsun Khandro Rinpoche. She holds a Master’s in Buddhist Studies from the Center for Buddhist Studies at Kathmandu University’s Rangjung Yeshe Institute, where she also taught colloquial and classical Tibetan for over a decade. Cinthia completed the Translator Training Program and was awarded a Tsadra Foundation Advanced Studies Scholarship, which enabled her to further her studies at the Monastic Shedra at Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling for a year. In 2022, she completed an internship with the Khyentse Vision Project’s Training & Internship Program. Currently, Cinthia translates for her Buddhist teachers, teaches Tibetan to students worldwide, and continues to contribute translations to the Khyentse Vision Project.
