KVP special two-day livestream teaching with Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche on the Heart Sūtra is happening this weekend!

Rinpoche will be teaching on Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo’s remarkable commentary “The Light of Definitive Meaning: A Lamp That Illuminates the Profound Perfection of Wisdom” — a profound text on emptiness and the nature of reality written when the author was just seventeen years old.

Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche is a renowned Buddhist master who received extensive training in all major traditions of Tibetan Buddhism under the guidance of Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche, and Nyoshul Khen Rinpoche. He is the head of the Mangala Shri Bhuti global sangha and established a mountain retreat center, Longchen Jigme Samten Ling, in southern Colorado. When not guiding students in long-term retreat and not in retreat himself, Rinpoche travels widely throughout the world teaching Buddhism.
